- Review all zoning and building codes specific to the project site

- Design multiple schemes
- Incorporate owner feedback
- Obtain budget “ballpark” estimate for construction cost (optional)
- Finalize design in partnership with the client
Construction Documents
- Develop design in detail, including all information necessary for construction bidding and permitting
- Work with the client to select all products and finishes
Bidding
- Acquire pricing from trades to establish a firm construction cost
Permit Expediting
- Obtain a building permit through the appropriate local building department
Construction
- Manage timeline for construction
- Work with trades to ensure the project is built to the specifications of the construction documents
- Visit the project site frequently to ensure progress, quality, timeliness and client satisfaction
