  • Develop design in detail, including all information necessary for construction bidding and permitting
  • Work with the client to select all products and finishes


  • Acquire pricing from trades to establish a firm construction cost

Permit Expediting

  • Obtain a building permit through the appropriate local building department


  • Manage timeline for construction
  • Work with trades to ensure the project is built to the specifications of the construction documents
  • Visit the project site frequently to ensure progress, quality, timeliness and client satisfaction
